Yep, it's been one year since I posted my first image* up to DeviantArt! It's kinda hard to believe. I had no idea a year ago what a part of my life this would become!
It's neat for me to look back and see how my skills have improved. I really enjoy coloring line art, and it's great to see that I've gotten better at it. I don't think I would have (gotten better) without posting my work here, where I can get feedback, encouragement, and some helpful critiques. I also had no idea how much I would enjoy the feedback!

I certainly had no idea that I would have more than 910 people watching me! Or that I would have uploaded 207 images which would be viewed more than 446,000 times! Or that I would have more than 4,200 comments, and my art faved about 17,300 times. So, thanks again to all you that watch & fav & comment! I really appreciate it! :w00t:

* I posted 18 images that first day. Some look better than others. And some I have revisited & improved upon.

Well, that's too bad. Your work is good enough that you should be getting more!

Try adding some of your stuff to a "ThumbShare" forum to get more exposure. [link] [link] I would pick a thread that is new enough that the replies don't spread beyond one page, or you could just make your own thread.

I'm a colorist too, so I can see the work that goes into making it what it is.
If you look at the oldest stuff in my gallery (from when I started posting about a year ago) you can see a clear improvement. I think it's neat to see that progression. I'm sure you will see it too.
