My answer to her question: No it doesn't matter!!
My more thoughtful musings on the subject:
1) Of course they're not real, because she's not real! She's a comic book character.
2) (In-Universe explanation) They can't be fake because what surgeon's scalpel could penetrate her skin? ... If you don't believe me pick up Power Girl #2 on shelves now! (No spoilers, just go get it).
- Lastly ... "Oh to be that guy in the pic!"
Who is he? ... ah, who cares!

I went with more of the colors we're seeing in the new Comic (like for the gloves, and hair color). I'm trying some new techniques for the hair lately. I think it's looking good, what do you think?
I also decided to go with a half-toned background to give it that comic feel, and also I remembered that callmepo had done it.

First Off I agree it' doesn't matter if their real or fake, and second my theory is that the reason their so big is because the kryptonIan skin/ fat cells in that particular part of her body absorbed an excess amount of solar energy from the sun causing them to swell up giving a nice set of double d's
