I wasn't sure if I liked the new shading style I tried out on the one linked above, so I tried it out the way I usually shade my colorings, more smooth and gradient style shading.

I'll hold off on saying which one I like best ... I'd like to hear from you. Which one do you like better?

While the first version of this drawing looks more alternative... experimental. This one looks more realistic and Supergirl herself looks much more feminine due to the shades that well, reveal her sexy curves ;)

It's always impressive what a good coloration can take out of even the most simplest drawings/sketches :)

This one has more depth and contour ...
The other one has its own interesting characteristic but this one here ... I believe ... I like the best.

Yeah, I think the gradient effect really sells the 3-D effect, and makes it pop as opposed to being flat 2-D.
